Navigate to the Property Evaluator page. You'll need to log in with your email address and the access passcode.
The passcode is provided by your administrator. Contact them if you don't have it.
Go to Zillow.com and find the property you want to evaluate. Make sure the listing is active and publicly available.
Copy the full URL from your browser's address bar. The URL should look like: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/...
Paste the Zillow URL into the evaluator and click "Generate Evaluation Report". The analysis will begin immediately.
Analysis typically takes 2-3 minutes. You'll see progress updates as the system gathers property data, analyzes market conditions, and generates your report.
Once complete, your comprehensive property evaluation report will be displayed. The report includes:
Use the "Print/Save PDF" button to download your report, or open it in a new tab to share with others. All reports are saved to your evaluation history for future reference.
Reports are print-ready and optimized for PDF export. Use your browser's print dialog to save as PDF.
